How do I reset my password?

In this article we will describe the two ways you can reset your password.

If you have access to your account and want to change your password for any reason navigate to the top right hand corner where your name is and click into your user menu as highlighted below. Once you click it you will get the drop down user menu and will want to click Change Password.

You will then be taken to the change password screen where you will need to enter your current password and the new password with the standard password requirements listed to the right.

Then just hit the blue change password button right underneath the fields.

If you don't remember your password then you will have to change it from the log in screen. Navigate to the log in portion of InScope then hit the Forgot Password link to start the password reset process.

You will be asked to enter the email address that is associated with your log in so you can receive a password reset link. Note if you're not receiving the reset email we recommend double checking your spam folder or trying another email address you may have used as your log in.

Once you receive the reset email, just click the link within the email to take you to the reset screen and you will be asked to enter your new password.

That's it you have now reset your password and are ready to continue working on your projects.
