Deleting an Expense Report
In this quick article we will learn to delete expense reports.
If you're not there already, navigate to the expenses header in the top navigation bar as highlighted below.
Simply click the check box to the left of the expense report you want to delete. Then once selected you can hit the red delete button in the top right corner as highlighted below. In the below example, the selected expense report was rejected by the reviewer, but you can select any expense report You will now be on your list of expense reports. As you can see I have one rejected expense report in any status.
A prompt will pop up confirming you want to delete the selected report. WARNING, deleted expense reports cannot be recovered, so it is important you double check you are deleting the correct report.
to confirm you want to delete the selected report, hit the blue Delete button in the confirmation prompt and it will be removed from your expense reports list.
